By submitting an order through qarzuvin.com, you agree that your purchase is governed by these Terms and the other policies published through our store.

Eligibility

Orders & Acceptance

Processing & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. For supported U.S. destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after an eligible return has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description. Relevant photographs or videos may be required.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packing, shipment preparation or dispatch begins.
