Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Options may vary by location, currency, device, order details and the payment services enabled when the order is placed.

Payment Authorization & Verification

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification and fraud-prevention review. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a transaction or place a temporary authorization hold.

Checkout Security

Checkout is processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers using technical and organizational measures intended to protect transaction information.

Qarzuvin™ does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. We will never ask you to email us a complete card number, security code or online banking password.

Prices & Final Order Total

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts and the final order total. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.

Financial Institution Charges

Your financial institution may impose foreign-exchange, international-transaction, currency-conversion or other fees. These charges are not controlled or collected by Qarzuvin™.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Valid promotional codes should be entered before checkout is completed. Promotions may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchases or usage limits.

Declined, Pending or Duplicate Charges

If a payment is declined, verify your billing details and contact your financial institution if necessary. Pending amounts may be temporary authorizations rather than completed transactions.

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with your order number and relevant transaction information. Never send complete card credentials by email.

Order Confirmation

After a successful order submission, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
